Farmleo legal document versions and material changes

Version 2.0 — effective July 18, 2026

The Privacy Policy and Terms now describe Farmleo's inactivity rule: accounts may be classified as inactive after 12 months, but Farmleo will not automatically delete an eligible account before three years of recorded inactivity. This version also explains subscription, access-override, legal-hold, backup, and third-party retention exceptions.

Version 1.0 — effective February 15, 2026

The prior Privacy Policy and Terms stated that Farmleo may automatically delete accounts with more than 12 months of no login activity. Version 2.0 replaces that deletion timing with the clearer three-year automatic-deletion safeguard described above.
